Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the booking agreement, the event date, and whether production or talent commitments have already been made.

Before confirmation

Requests may generally be withdrawn before contract signature without a booking charge.

After confirmation

Cancellation charges, deposits, and refunds are governed by the written booking agreement. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
