Payment Terms

Invoices state the amount due, due date, payment instructions, and booking reference. Payment is not complete until funds are received and verified by Vantage.

Bank and crypto payments

Use only the payment details shown on your current invoice. For cryptocurrency payments, include the invoice number in the transfer note and upload the receipt for manual review.

Receipt review

A receipt upload is evidence of payment, not proof of settlement. Vantage may request additional information before marking an invoice paid.
